You've got an AI budget and big decisions ahead of you, but no map to guide you. Technology is moving at lightning speed and creating possibilities that were unthinkable yesterday. The pressure to just do something is mounting.

In many organizations, this leads to the same outcome: tools get purchased before anyone knows what they're meant to contribute. And three months later, not much has actually changed.

There's another way in – one that actually saves time. This isn't a short-term race. The organizations that succeed are the ones that build on a stable foundation and make conscious choices, not the ones that rush off without direction. Being intentional isn't about being slow. It's about knowing what to act on quickly.

So what do you actually need in your AI transformation? Is it better decision-making processes, better systems, better ways of working, better communication, better environmental scanning – or something else entirely? Sometimes AI is the answer. Sometimes it isn't.

YOUR TAKE AWAYS:

By the end of the webinar, you'll have started to see your own organization with fresh eyes. Where can AI actually help, and where would something else help even more? You'll have a framework along with the questions that help you make conscious choices instead of just reacting.

TOBIAS TAGESSON

Maria combines systems thinking and organizational development with twenty years of experience from complex creative industries (extensive collaborations with Robyn, Adidas, Red Bull, etc.). In recent years, work with deep ecology in the startup sector has increased insight into living systems, which at the same time highlighted how today's digital infrastructure is lacking. Through studies at MIT and the Center for Humane Technology and further work with a fintech startup, the insight grew: we can build differently! Today, she navigates with a living systems perspective, experiential learning and co-creation as the basis for AI use. She lectures on creativity, transformation and collective intelligence at, among others, Konstfack, Berghs and Stockholm University, and helps organizations make conscious choices in complex change - not least in the encounter with AI opportunities and risks.
