Meta skills for leading through (ongoing) transformation
WORKSHOP ( 2 days)
A workshop designed for leaders in organisations and companies, focusing on building meta skills such as awareness, mindset and other practical tools for leading in times of change. Through theory, dialogue and collaborative exercises, participants work with their existing organisational change processes and their own leadership challenges.
Throughout the two days we explore:
how change impacts individuals, teams and the broader organisation
the leader’s role in leading oneself and enabling others to lead themselves
key frameworks such as the Four Rooms of Change, Lewin’s Force Field Analysis, and the time dynamics of change
resistance, psychological responses to change, and how to engage people effectively,
leadership behaviors needed to move toward the desired future state and a resilient organisation.
The workshop is highly interactive, using reflection, learning groups, floor exercises and shared analysis. The aim is to strengthen leaders’ capacity, together with those around them, navigate complexity and drive regenerative transformation to become a more resilient and creative organisation.
