The KRI© PROCESS

  • What’s the current situation and create a plan for the KRI-process.

  • A workshop with action learning methods to explore the present and from there a potential future. The purpose - to have a recent experience of team collaboration and performance.

  • Later, a survey, done individually by team members with questions on the respective KRIs.

  • As a follow up, we faciliate a workshop to explore the result of the survery on team level. To give time for reflection and set up an action plan to develop team relationships and from that, performance.

  • Continue developing action plan and at intervals, about six months, monitor and evaluate the results through a new KRI-process.

WHY?

  • gives guiding indicators of the current relational status and it´s effect on performance

  • use the findings to implement effective practices, structures and processes that continuously support relational competence and development - in teams and the organisation as a whole

  • builds relational competence and provides clarity on what areas in team performance to develop to support innovation, co-creation and overall business performance
