Maria: 20+ years navigating complexity at the intersection of culture, music and business. Creative Director and strategic advisor, recent years in regenerative sanitation start up (deep ecology). Academic background in sociology and economics and transformation literacy. Dance-trained foundation informing embodied learning. Expertise: facilitating cross-sector partnerships, cultural zeitgeist analysis, storytelling, communication and systemic transformation, and experience-based learning for collective intelligence.

Tobias: background as a teacher, school leader, trainer, facilitator and organizational developer (Gestalt), with extensive experience in creating learning processes, helping to create forums for dialogue, educating, facilitating and leading change processes. Solid experience from the public, idea-driven and business sectors.
