A note on intersectionality

If innovation is the recognition that two previously disconnected modells are compatible, quoting Arthur Koestler, the more perspectives the merrier. Intersectionality analysis then becomes a tool for shedding light on power structures that might shadow certain perspectives. These perspectives and knowledge are badly needed for us to relate better/deeper to what we call society, life, reality in order for us as a civilization to evolve. Therefore we need tools for deep collaboration to become co-creation, where everyone's piece of the puzzle is value added to a fuller whole.
