During Gather Inn 24 th of September we spoke about “Organisation as the foundation of Creativity - why a living systems lens on organisation is crucial for a creative, thrivable, regenerative future #fromego2eco “

As individuals, organisations, businesses and as a civilization we all stand in front of huge challenges. We need to free up as much creativity, innovation and learning capacity as possible to be able to navigate the complexity of our time and co-create a regenerative future. But how do we create the necessary conditions starting here and now, to do that? 

We shared our findings from our two very different backgrounds about the necessity of letting the evolutionary purpose be our guide and the connection between next generation organisations (Teal), self management, diversity, high level creativity → innovation, co-creation and reiterative organisational learning.

The talk ended with a panel together with Klara Palmberg Broryd and Abby Afriyie on complexity, creativity and public & private sector.
