Meta skills and AI for teams - and healthy systems

BERGHS UNCONFERENCE 18/3:
Think less "AI as a replacement" < more "AI as an augmentation to expand the learning and capacity of human consciousness". Which in itself is a group practice, we shift the focus back to the co-creation and learning between us humans, strengthened by machine intelligence, next to human / machine.

It’s Maria a former freestyle dancer with Tobias, a former teacher/principal, that will talk/workshop AI at Berghs un-conf 18/3! Why because we know something about two of the most important skills in the AI transformation: continuous learning and co-creating innovation in complex situations.

For example, Maria's background as a freestyle dance, and in navigating emergent subcultures has taught her something about complexity, flow & self-organization;

A dance cypher or a jazz band jam does NOT work because of a single omniscient actor (“AI”) but because feedback loops exist, and because information is fed into different parts which is combined with a dynamic role-taking and contextual understanding – so the whole grows,  the learning is continuous,  as we go! This is therefore NOT just the sum of historical data and these also happen to be the functions that are missing in today's established use of AI.

So what do we do instead?! Come to our workshop or book us, because this is urgent stuff for almost everyone! Especially important, for example, if you/your AI lead mostly has an engineering background, the healthy systems of the future need living (system) intelligence along with “artificial intelligence” for them to emerge...and as the situation is now, this is also a democratic issue.
