How long your data is kept

Information related to a webinar is normally kept for up to 12 months after the webinar. Your contact details are kept for marketing purposes until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.

Longer retention may apply where necessary to handle a complaint or legal claim.

Your personal data is handled by all four companies Transponder AB, Taget Utveckling AB, Funkorama and Agile X AB. To deliver the webinar jointly, the four organising companies share your contact details with each other. We use Google Workspace, which means some data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under GDPR-approved safeguards. Where necessary, data may also be shared with trusted service providers used for communication, documentation, or IT services.

We do not share your personal data with unauthorised third parties.
